A Banksy piece, one of nine works that appeared across London last summer, has been moved into storage in preparation for its future museum display.
Titled Piranhas, the artwork features spray-painted fish on a police sentry box in the City of London. The City of London Corporation quickly removed the box and exhibited it at the Guildhall, where visitors could view it behind protective barriers.
The sentry box is now being stored until it takes its place in the London Museum’s new Smithfield site, scheduled to open in 2026.
