Artist Bio
Debbie Boon
Embark on a captivating journey through the British forests and fields with the vibrant artworks of Debbie Boon. Her art showcases the diverse animal kingdom, ranging from wildlife to beloved farmyard creatures.
Debbie Boon's original pieces have been proudly displayed at prestigious venues including the Concours of Elegance exhibition at St James's Palace, Hampton Court Palace, the Palace of Holyrood house, and the Royal Box at The Royal Windsor Show.
The beguiling wildlife paintings of Debbie Boon are inspired by two passions; the sheer joy of bringing a blank canvas to life through painting, and the delight gained from observing and representing the striking (and sometimes quirky) rural characters and vast blue skies of Eastern England.
Her stated aim in her work is “ to reflect life and all its visual personality.”
After graduating from Art College, Debbie embarked on a career in graphic design, before becoming well known as a children’s book illustrator as well as establishing herself as a painter in commercial and private spheres. This career as an illustrator instilled in her the desire to create character within the painted image and this intention is never far from the surface. Whether depicting animals, people or places, Debbie conveys a deeply personal impression of each subject, through a progression of expressive paint techniques, colour, light and movement.

We were looking for a unique piece for my parents 50th anniversary. The ladies were very helpful and gave great ideas what pieces represented. We chose a lovely puffin sculpture called rocky romance. I would definitely recommend this gallery who wants one to one custom, knowledge of their pieces.Rachel Cowel

Fantastic service from the Beverley gallery. Both David and Evie were helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on 2 Tom Butler prints and David was happy to bring them to our home so we could see them in situ and answer any questions we had. We are delighted with both and would definitely recommend Trent GalleriesCathy Scarr
